Join Sophie Harvey as she hosts a workshop that aims to provide members with an uncomplicated approach to nutrition. You’ll gain an understanding of the roles of calories and macronutrients in the body, with guidance on intakes that are specific to your personal goals. Sophie will also share top tips on remaining consistent throughout summer, even with social activities and busy lives.
Sophie Harvey is a university lecturer, specialising in Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and Fitness Testing and Training, with an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters in Strength and Conditioning. She has ample experience in high-performance settings, such as GB Swimming, GB Boxing, and most recently the Royal Ballet School. She looks to share this applied knowledge with members through a realistic approach to support you toward your wellness and fitness goals.
Sophie also runs functional fitness classes, ballet classes and offers rehabilitation and strength/fitness coaching to members at Woolfox.
